Job Details:
- Standard Hours: Monday‑Friday, 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
- Social housing contract on responsive repairs with occasional voids.
- Paid call‑out (approximately 1 in 6 weeks).
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays, with the flexibility to buy or sell annual leave.

About You:
- Multi‑Trade Operative background; joinery experience essential.
- Experience repairing or replacing windows, doors, kitchens; tiling and patch plastering desirable.
- Vinyl floor laying (cap and cove) desirable.
- Basic plumbing repairs, including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
- Pipework installation and repair, soil stacks and domestic drainage.
- Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
- Social Housing experience essential.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers, recognising you are working in their homes.
- Following company Health and Safety policies and standards.
- NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery/plumbing or multi‑trade.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Role will require a DBS check to be completed.
