We are recruiting for a long-term social housing contract, working on bathroom strip-out projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Stripping out old bathrooms & kitchens.
  • Assisting trades on site.
  • Removing and loading waste.
  • Keeping work areas clean and safe.
  • Working across occupied and void properties.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Manual handling, working at heights, asbestos awareness (online training before start).
  • Full UK driving licence (clean) and own transport (preferred).
  • Physically fit and reliable.
  • Good attitude and willingness to work.

Experience:

  • Experience in social housing or strip-out works is preferred.
