Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor required to take ownership of live projects ranging from roughly £200K to £30M. Key responsibilities include:
- Pre and post contract work including contract administration.
- Developing cost plans, tender documentation and undertaking tender analysis.
- Managing contractor procurement and providing client recommendations.
- Managing project delivery from conception through handover and completion.
Qualifications
Essential
- MRICS qualified.
- 2 to 3 years PQE, preferably recently chartered.
- Recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (e. g., BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics).
- Experience on retail or office fit‑out projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and autonomy‑driven.
Preferred
- Experience awarding client projects in the £200K – £30M range.
Benefits
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (negotiable) plus pension, bonus and other benefits. Rapid promotion prospects for high‑performing candidates.
