Location & Travel: Cambridge (Preferred), Norwich, Ipswich, Chelmsford – can be based in any of these offices. Travel between sites will be required. Full UK driving licence is essential.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: Hourly rate: £16.00 – £17.00 per hour.

About The Role: Working as part of the Regional Supply Chain function to support the regional construction businesses in achieving yearly supply chain spend targets. Supporting the National Supply Chain Strategy and promoting national initiatives and best practices within the region. Building and maintaining strong subcontractor/supplier relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Regional Supply Chain Manager to promote targeted material spend using Group Trading Agreements.
  • Assist in the timely return of Supply Chain Rebate forms to the supply chain Hub.
  • Support in arranging and delivering Regional/Business Unit Supply Chain Events.
  • Distribute information on supply chain price increases, material lead times and shortages to support regional project teams.
  • Collect data and information from the supply chain for specific KPIs requested by the Centre.
  • Support in answering questions and providing feedback to supply chain partners.
  • Coordinate B2B meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Support maintaining the Local Supply Chain (LSC) & Coins databases for the region.
  • Support the supply chain PQQ process in close liaison with the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Review monthly LSC Performance Scoring with the SCM for reporting.
  • Support pre‑construction reviews of supply chain strategies for tenders.
  • Support social value interactions with the supply chain.
  • Support supply chain on how to use the Supply Chain Academy.
