A well established and well-known Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive range of residential and commercial projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions to join their Cambridge office.
Responsibilities:
- Work across a variety of residential projects, refurbishments and new builds and also on commercial fit out projects across Cambridge.
- Apply strong pre-contract experience and manage projects from inception to completion.
Requirements:
- Preferably MRICS
- Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar (if not MRICS)
- Residential experience
- Current or recent PQS / Cost Management experience
- Pre-contract knowledge
- Client facing
In Return:
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave
