Experienced Building Surveyor required to join a well established private practice based in Birmingham. This new opportunity is with an independent Property Consultancy with an extremely long track record in the industry. The successful candidate will be joining a highly experienced team of Chartered Building Surveyors able to mentor and support your training. This firm offers an extremely varied range of Building Surveying services acting for owners, occupiers and investors and working across the full property life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Join a team of Chartered Building Surveyors and contribute to the full range of Building Surveying services for owners, occupiers and investors.
- Provide support and mentorship to trainees or less experienced colleagues; participate in the full property life cycle projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Building Surveying from a RICS-accredited degree course.
- Some industry experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally from a private practice or consultancy background.
- Currently working towards APC; the firm offers support and a good range of project and professional work in support of this goal.
- Full UK driving license and based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre.
