Responsibilities
- Deliver all construction activities in line with Health & Safety policies
- Work to RAMS and maintain high-quality records, reports and paperwork
- Monitor quality and progress of the project
- Coordinate direct and indirect (subcontractor) personnel
- Lead and deliver against the project programme
- Liaise with internal departments and the Contracts Manager for regular site updates
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and work to RAMS
- Provide regular liaison and site updates with the client
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- First Aid Certificate
- Proven modular/offsite construction experience (required)
- Ability to use IT system
- Team‑working ability
- Demonstrated successful track record in Site Management
