Start Date: ASAP or notice period

Industry: Modular / Offsite Construction

Location: Hull (requires nationwide travel and staying away)

Hours: 40 hours (occasional Saturdays required)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all construction activities in line with Health & Safety policies
  • Work to RAMS and maintain high-quality records, reports and paperwork
  • Monitor quality and progress of the project
  • Coordinate direct and indirect (subcontractor) personnel
  • Lead and deliver against the project programme
  • Liaise with internal departments and the Contracts Manager for regular site updates
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and work to RAMS
  • Provide regular liaison and site updates with the client

Qualifications

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Proven modular/offsite construction experience (required)
  • Ability to use IT system
  • Team‑working ability
  • Demonstrated successful track record in Site Management
