About the Role
The Ethos of Breaside School is to provide high‑quality, all‑round education within a very popular co‑education school in the Bromley area. We are a top Independent Preparatory School, which aims to foster a caring atmosphere in which pupils and teachers are aware of and sympathetic to the needs of others. We are looking for an experienced, suitably qualified and forward‑thinking Premises Manager. Operating as a key member of the Site Team this role is primarily responsible for supporting the Site Manager to ensure that the school gives a positive first impression to all visitors and complies with legislation and guidance as it relates to this post.
Working Hours
16 hours per week (Thursdays & Fridays), all year round.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least one year's experience of working within a school environment as a Caretaker or School Premises Assistant.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- General knowledge of building maintenance and procedures.
- Relevant skills, including light painting & decorating and gardening.
