Location: Bristol, UK - South West
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and motivate your on-site team (2-3 operatives)
- Carry out grounds maintenance tasks: grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, planting, and general upkeep
- Monitor job quality and ensure work meets client expectations
- Coordinate with management for scheduling, materials, and reporting
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in grounds or garden maintenance (essential)
- Team leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
