Responsibilities
- Carrying out carpentry repairs and installations within empty and occupied properties
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works
- Installation of internal and external doors, door frames, and windows
- UPVC installation, servicing, and repairs
- Locksmith duties including gaining entry (lock snapping, drilling, picking)
- Installation and repair of fencing (posts, feather edge, chain link, panels)
- Kitchen fitting, kitchen unit assembly, and minor joinery works
- Undertaking basic multi-trade tasks including plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance as required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within residential or social housing
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or a minimum of 5 years’ proven carpentry experience
- Strong understanding of health & safety best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year held) and willingness to take home a company van
