My client, a highly respected estate agency that has been operating for nearly 60 years, is looking for a Block Manager to join the team in Central London. You will be responsible for looking after a growing portfolio within proximity to the office. This is a great opportunity to have autonomy and exposure to the full block management cycle!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Full management of assigned portfolio
- Stakeholder management
- Managing planned maintenance
- Ensuring Section 20 planned maintenance is budgeted for
- Regular property visits
- Chairing AGMs
Must Have
- Block management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A keen problem solver
- Client facing
- Strong administration and excellent IT skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Positive and encouraging attitude
Good to have but not essential
- IRPM (TPI) and/or ARMA qualified
