The Construction Index Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced school refurbishment project in Billingham, England.
This role involves managing both internal and external refurbishment tasks, such as car park improvements and toilet refurbishments.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
This contract is full-time, starting on July 17th and lasting approximately 6 weeks, with a pay rate of £29.00 to £32.00 per hour.
