We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast‑paced school refurbishment project.
Pay Rate: £29.00 – £32.00 per hour
Project Details:
- Start date: Friday 17th July
- Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (through to the end of August)
- Working pattern: Weekend work is likely to ensure the project is completed before the new school term
Scope of Works:
- External refurbishment works including:
- Car park improvements
- Footpath works
- Internal refurbishment works including:
- Toilet refurbishment
- Nursery refurbishment
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or refurbishment environments
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- DBS essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep the project on programme
