We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work with a well-established social housing contractor covering Bedlington and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a busy social housing contract, contributing to works on their kitchens, bathrooms and rewire scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boxing in pipes, fitting bath panels
- Bathroom fitting and refurbishment works
- General joinery maintenance and refurbishment within tenanted properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements on site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Manual Handling
- Working at Heights
- Asbestos Awareness
- Previous experience working within social housing, voids, repairs, or refurbishment projects
- Own tools required
- Own transport required
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
