Our client is looking for an Associate Director to lead and grow their Birmingham Transport Planning Team. This is a great opportunity to shape the regional offer, develop client relationships, and deliver innovative transport solutions across the West Midlands. This strategic appointment should appeal to an ambitious and commercially minded Transport Planner who is looking to take on a leadership role within an established team for a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the high-performing team in Birmingham
- Grow and diversify the client portfolio across the public and private sector
- Act as Project Director/Manager on a wide range of transport planning and mobility projects
- Provide technical and thought leadership across the industry
- Mentor and inspire colleagues while driving excellence in delivery
- Play a strategic role within the Transport Planning division across the UK

About You / Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team development experience
