Assistant Quantity Surveyor – London

An award-winning consultancy based in London is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent to join their multi-disciplinary team. Assistant Quantity Surveyor

In this role, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist in running projects from concept to completion, with an opportunity to act as Employers Agent on selected projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Will Be Responsible For

  1. Supporting project delivery across various sectors
  2. Engaging with clients and stakeholders
  3. Preparing and reviewing documentation
  4. Contributing to pre and post contract processes

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements

  1. BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  2. Minimum of 1 year\’s experience
  3. Previous experience as Employers Agent
  4. Experience within a PQS/consultancy environment
  5. Basic knowledge of pre and post contract processes
