Labourer (with Driving Licence)
We are recruiting Labourers for a long‑term social housing contract in Ashington, Northumberland. The role is a 1‑year contract with the possibility of a permanent position.

Responsibilities
- Strip out old bathrooms and kitchens
- Assist trades on site
- Remove and load waste
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Work across occupied and void properties
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- Manual handling, work at heights, asbestos awareness (online pre‑start)
- Full UK driving licence (clean) and own transport (essential for multiple sites)
- Physically fit and reliable
- Good attitude and willingness to work
- Experience in social housing or strip‑out works preferred
