Job Description
Ride on Roller Driver / Labourer required for ongoing work on a commercial site in Appleby to start ASAP. Will be driving roller but this will not be a full‑time role; when roller work is not required you will work with groundworkers and help ensure the site is tidy.
Key Details
- Rate: £18‑£20 per hour, negotiable; payment options include CIS, Umbrella and PAYE.
- Minimum hours: 39 per week.
- Project will continue for several more months and may become an ongoing assignment for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Drive the roller on the commercial site as required.
- When the roller is not in use, assist groundworkers keeping the site tidy.
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proof of a valid photo ID (passport or birth certificate) and NI number.
- Two working references to validate previous experience.
