You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary design team delivering infrastructure solutions across a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drainage and highway design
- Preparing technical designs and reports
- Coordinating with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting projects through planning, detailed design and construction stages
- Managing smaller projects independently and contributing to larger schemes with senior colleagues
- Mentoring junior engineers and technicians, reviewing technical work, and taking increasing ownership of delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng preferred)
- Experience within a civil engineering consultancy environment
- Experience in drainage, highways, infrastructure or development design projects
- Working knowledge of relevant design standards and approval processes
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and other relevant design software
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
- Working towards or interested in pursuing professional qualification (EngTech, IEng or CEng)
- For Senior level candidates, experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating project delivery
