Job Description: Bathroom Fitter (Subcontractor – Price Work) We are looking for skilled and reliable subcontractors to carry out bathroom refurbishments as part of ongoing void property renovations in North London. This is a price work role, paid per completed job with agreed rates upfront. 🔨 About the Role You will handle full bathroom refurbishments in empty residential properties (voids). These tasks are part of larger renovation projects, requiring high-quality, efficient, and independent work. This is a long-term opportunity for experienced fitters seeking consistent work in North London.
