The Constellation Trust are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to the Trust Team to cover maternity leave. Your previous experience and excellent communication skills will enable you to provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and Senior Managers of the central Constellation Trust Team.
Salary: Grade 8, Point 25 (FTE) £35,235 - Point 28 (FTE) £37,938 (pro rata), for 37 hours per week, term time, plus five additional training days and 5 additional working days, 40 weeks per year. This is a temporary maternity cover contract. Whilst the post is offered as a full-time role we are prepared to look at part-time flexible hours for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be able to provide professional, well-organised administrative and PA support, and will act as the first point of contact for senior managers, creating a positive impression for both internal and external contacts. The person will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads, demonstrate great attention to detail and be confident liaising with colleagues at all levels. They will be able to work on their own initiative with limited supervision and have experience of working under pressure as part of a small team. The ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters will be an essential part of the role.
We are seeking a person with prior PA experience who is able to prioritise, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure during busy periods. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and will be proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of packages, as well as other IT systems.
