The Membership Growth team at Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) is looking for a volunteer to support and deliver its membership recruitment and retention initiatives. Working with the team (and with adjacent teams – in particular Member Services) you will provide support to the team helping engage and energise our membership.
Your responsibilities
- Call members to help them with renewals and to manage payment details.
- Help the team identify new ways to improve member communications and capture member feedback.
- Assist with administrative work, in particular helping the team track key outcome data for reporting purposes.
Your professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication (experience with call centre work a strong plus)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data protection
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to stay calm and work effectively under pressure
- A can-do attitude and ability to take the initiative
- Can identify and set priorities and effectively perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in an environment that is ever changing, ability to remain adaptable
This is a volunteer position and does not offer financial compensation. However, it provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within CCHQ. The role can be based at our London or Leeds office, with the flexibility to work remotely.
