We are seeking to appoint a Campaign Coordinator on a one‑year fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension for a further year, to support campaigning activity within the Havant Constituency in south Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, confident and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

A large part of this role centres on working closely with volunteers, so strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, lasting relationships are essential. Campaign priorities can change quickly, so you’ll also need to be adaptable, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload. Experience in a similar role with an understanding of politics is essential.

As the role is based in Havant, applicants should either be locally based or able to commit to relocating to the area. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must, as you will be travelling to campaign sessions, community events and volunteer activities across the constituency.
