About the role

We're looking for a People Advisor to join our People Services team and help us build an inclusive, high performing organisation where our people can thrive and continue to make a positive environmental impact. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering high quality, customer focused people services across TCV. Acting as a trusted partner to leaders and teams, you'll provide professional HR advice and practical support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring our people practices are fair, compliant and aligned with our values. You'll be the first point of contact for many HR queries and will manage a varied and interesting caseload, supporting employee relations, organisational change, policy development and people related projects. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and making things better.

About you

You’ll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys working at pace and making a real impact. You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR / People Advisor role, providing advice across a broad range of HR matters
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and good HR practice
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied and competing workload
  • Confidence in managing employee relations cases from start to finish
  • Experience of using HR information and systems, and working with data to identify trends and inform decision making
  • A proactive, solutions focused approach, with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A strong commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and integrity in everything you do

To fulfil the role, you must be resident in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
