For the past several years, the business has grown primarily through in‑person experiences including retreats, wild saunas, coaching, breathwork, yoga and nature‑based wellbeing events. That chapter has laid the foundations. The next chapter is significantly bigger. The business is now transitioning into a founder‑led education and transformation company with the ambition of becoming one of the UK’s leading voices in personal transformation.

The Opportunity
Working directly alongside Aaron Parker, you will become responsible for leading the commercial growth of the business. Your role is not simply to manage marketing. Your responsibility is to help build a scalable company. You will identify opportunities, improve systems, increase revenue, build partnerships, strengthen operations and help transform a successful wellbeing business into a nationally recognised founder‑led brand. Revenue Share Partnership
This is not a salaried role. Instead, this opportunity is structured around a revenue‑share agreement. The successful partner will receive an agreed percentage of additional revenue generated through the commercial growth initiatives they lead. This creates complete alignment. When the business grows, we both benefit. The exact revenue‑share structure will be agreed based on experience, contribution and responsibilities. For the right person, this represents significant long‑term earning potential. Future equity opportunities may also be explored based on sustained performance and mutual success, although this is not part of the initial agreement.
