An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Events Operations Supervisor to join the Private Events Operations team of the award-winning 5-star Connaught Hotel. Found at the heart of Mayfair village, The Connaught blends tradition with contemporary flair.

As Private Events Operations Supervisor, you will be assisting in the leadership of the Private Events Operations Department in executing events based on the requirements of our guests. You will ensure that all colleagues fully understand their responsibilities and deliver an excellent service to guests. You will deputise in the absence of the Private Events Operations Manager and maintain the smooth running of the operation.

You will provide an exceptional and informed customer service experience. You will be an excellent communicator and have a real passion for food and wine. We anticipate the Private Events Operations Supervisor to be an excellent team leader, with a key focus on training and development of your team to ensure that colleagues create a memorable experience for our guests.
