Responsibilities: As Kitchen Porter - Casual you will assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Back of House operation in conjunction with the rest of your team. You will provide a professional and reliable service to all kitchens, ensuring at all times, that Health and Safety standards are followed.
Skills and experience: As a Kitchen Porter - Casual you will be responsible for cleaning all Back of House areas and equipment, maintaining the hotel’s high standards of equipment and hygiene at all times. You will be responsible for keeping stock of all china, glass, cutlery and other equipment for the kitchens and distributing them when needed to ensure a smooth service and guest experience.
