Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridge's is an art deco icon and a byword for understated elegance. As a Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day housekeeping operation to ensure the team create renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
- Ensuring that maximum productivity, motivation and satisfaction are achieved within the team, through facilitating teamwork, recruitment, training and development of colleagues.
- Meeting and greeting guests and coordinating and organising requirements for VIP and group bookings.
- Being a key part of the management team, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, maintaining and promoting a quality product, ensuring that Claridge's is ahead of the market place in terms of trends and innovations.
Successful candidates for our Housekeeping Manager opportunity will:

- Be able to effectively anticipate, identify and solve problems and will be effective at listening and clarifying concerns raised by staff and guests.
