Connaught Resourcing is a health and social care recruitment agency specialising in integrated urgent care across NHS 111, 999 and urgent care settings. We are currently looking to increase our pool of Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support with locum shifts in urgent care centres across Derbyshire and Leicestershire. The role will mainly involve face to face appointments, but you may also be required to undertake telephone triage and home visits.

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Perform clinical procedures with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Provide patient education on health management and preventive care strategies

Requirements:

  • Qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse or Paramedic) with relevant certification (Masters Equivalent)
  • Must be an independent prescriber
  • Demonstrated experience in patient care within a clinical setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of clinical practice
