IN ROOM DINING at The Connaught Hotel offers a competitive salary, service charge, and fantastic benefits. We are looking for a talented and passionate In Room Dining Coordinator to join the In Room Dining department at the award-winning 5-Star deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Found at the heart of Mayfair village, The Connaught blends tradition with contemporary flair. With its bespoke service, 3,000-piece art collection, three Michelin-starred restaurant Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and London's only Aman Spa, it has always been the choice for connoisseurs of the art of living well. Jean-Georges at The Connaught offers all-hours informal gourmet dining; and the exquisite Connaught Bar has won prestigious awards for its masterful mixology.

As In Room Dining Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the In Room Dining and Butler department to ensure an efficient and smooth running of the daily operation. You are responsible for managing telephone calls, dispatching orders from guests, and following up communication to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. You will also have a great knowledge of hotel information and food and beverage menus.

You will be an excellent team player with outstanding communication and customer service skills. You will take pride in your work, have attention to detail, and be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your activities well. You will be a natural and confident communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
