We are looking for an engaging and inspiring Guest Relations Executive to join the award-winning 5-Star deluxe hotel The Connaught. Found at the heart of Mayfair village, The Connaught blends tradition with contemporary flair. With its bespoke service, 3,000-piece art collection, three Michelin-starred restaurant Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and London’s only Aman Spa, it has always been the choice for connoisseurs of the art of living well.
As Guest Relations Executive, you will ensure the highest guest recognition and satisfaction is provided to all guests at The Connaught at all times. You will prepare the necessary reports such as VIP list and activity report as well as working very closely with agents, bookers and guests to ensure that all requirements during our guests’ stay are obtained and seamlessly executed.
You will be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests and tasks are attended to without any delays. You will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You will work well under pressure with an excellent ability to coordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration and organisational skills.
We anticipate applicants will have previous experience in Reception or Guest Relations and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
