We are looking for a talented and passionate full-timeCommisWaiter/Waitressto join TheConnaught Grillteam at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.
Under the direction of internationally renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the intimate 46 seat Connaught Grill ishis modern interpretation of a classic grill with an open kitchen complete with wood burning grill and rotisserie offering the finest British sourced produce, and a menu which includes ingredients from langoustines to Dover sole to English game and Wagyu beef. The restaurant offers an exceptional wine list drawn from The Connaught wine cellar, offering some of the greatest producers in the world.
Responsibilities:
As a full-timeCommisWaiter/Waitressat The Connaught Grill, you will assist the team in their day to day duties such as attending to guest requests, preparing all equipment for the service, delivering food and beverages to the guests and providing an outstanding and efficient service to our guests. You will also have a great knowledge of hotel information and food and beverage menus.

You will be an excellent communicator and will have a real passion for food and wine. You will be an excellent team player and have fantastic customer service attitude. You will have pride and attention to detail in your work. You will be flexible and organise your activities well.
