Connaught Education seeks an experienced SEND leader to drive the strategy and day-to-day delivery of SEND provision across the school, from pre-reception onwards. You will also serve as Designated Safeguarding Lead and Senior Mental Health Lead, ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing are embedded in every aspect of school life.
You will lead SEND policy development, monitor provision, train staff, work with families and external agencies, and analyse data to improve outcomes for pupils with SEND.
