We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Human Resources and Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

The Role:
As a Human Resources and Recruitment Officer you will play a key role in recruitment and engagement of exceptional talent. Responsibilities:
- Provide a highly effective Human Resources advice and guidance to all departments within the Connaught across the Human Resources remit, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, payroll and reward and recognition.
- Manage the daily recruitment and selection process for The Connaught, ensuring a highly successful attraction approach, maximising the profile of The Connaught brand from an employment perspective, and to secure best available talent within an appropriate timeframe.
- Work closely with Departmental Heads in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources to ensure a timely recruitment process is in place and executed. Ensure accurate job descriptions and person specifications are in place for all positions.
- Proactively support and participate in Career Fairs, College/University open days and Internship recruitment as required, ensuring The Connaught and Maybourne are effectively represented and profiled externally.
- Ensure that the appropriate right to work and immigration paperwork checks are undertaken at the recruitment stage and are reported in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements to ensure full compliance. Prioritise and action need areas and ensure these are communicated to the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
