Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridge's is an art deco icon and a byword for understated elegance. As a Bar Manager you will be responsible for:
- The seamless running of the bar, including ensuring that all our standards are met by the team.
- Playing a key role in beverage creation, displaying innovative ideas to complement Dante's iconic cocktail culture.
- Mentoring Bartenders and Barbacks and assisting all other team members in their knowledge and development.
- Creating and guiding the guest experience at the bar within Dante.
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional.
- Ensuring that licensing laws, health and safety legislation is adhered to.
Successful candidates for our Bar Manager opportunity will:
