We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Banqueting Junior Sous Chef to join The Connaught Jean Georges kitchen team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

The

Role: As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef and hold a key role in day to day operation of the Jean-Georges kitchen.

You will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products.

You will take an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, sharing your knowledge and supporting in the training and development more junior Chefs in the brigade.
