Full‑time role (40 hours per week) at The Connaught Grill, an award‑winning 5‑Star deluxe hotel in Mayfair, London.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage staff scheduling and performance.
• Handle escalated guest concerns.
• Maintain service standards and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving LQA benchmarks.
• Oversee training, recruitment, and promotion of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, fine dining expertise, and commitment to excellence.
• Calm, composed presence with an eye for thoughtful detail.
