Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the co-ordination and leadership of the day-to-day operation of Dante Mayfair.
- Have a strong presence in the dining room during operating hours to support the team and connect with guests.
- Together with the Restaurant General Manager communicate, motivate and train the Front of House team and Back of House team and to encourage teamwork.
- Assist in the generation of ideas to impact positively on revenue and to ensure the Restaurant remains competitive.
- Creating strong connections with guests, ensuring they have a reason to return.

- Motivated, highly organised and preferably have previous experience within a similar role.
- Confident and well‑spoken communicator.
