The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa is an award-winning destination hotel near Skipton on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. We are a family run, privately owned organisation founded in 1969 by the Bannister family, who remain actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. What makes this role special? You'll be a key leader within Ndarra Spa, responsible for delivering exceptional wellness experiences to both hotel guests and day visitors. You will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing spa team, including therapists, spa reception and spa hosts
- Take ownership of the overall guest journey, ensuring every visit is relaxing, seamless and memorable
- Drive commercial performance, managing spa revenue through treatments, memberships, retail and spa days
- Maintain the highest operational and service standards, ensuring the spa facilities and treatment experiences reflect our five-bubble rating
- Work collaboratively with hotel leadership to develop new wellness experiences, packages and spa offerings
Who we're looking for: We're looking for a confident and inspiring leader who is passionate about wellness, hospitality and guest experience. You will be:
- An experienced Spa Manager within a premium spa, hotel or wellness environment
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being present in the operation and supporting the team
- Passionate about wellbeing, luxury guest experiences and high service standards
- Commercially minded, with experience managing targets, budgets, retail performance and memberships
- A strong communicator who can coach, mentor and motivate a team
- Highly organised with experience managing rotas, stock, treatment bookings and operational efficiency
What you'll receive: £42,000 per year + service (up to £2,500/year) + performance-related bonus, 45 hours per week. Additional benefits include:
