At The Config Team, we’re growing and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, and insight to our marketing engine. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with data management, reporting, and campaign tracking. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working with data. You’ll help keep our CRM and marketing systems accurate, clean, and up to date, supporting campaigns, reporting, and lead generation efforts.
- Assist with CRM and marketing system management, including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Input, clean, and organise marketing data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Support campaign tracking and attribution across marketing activity
- Help produce reports and dashboards to monitor marketing performance
- Map and integrate data from multiple sources into Salesforce
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience or interest in B2B marketing, operations, or data
- Comfortable working with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and an organised, structured approach to work
- Enjoys admin, data entry, tidying, and structuring information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eager to learn and develop skills in marketing operations
