Role overview and About You

We’re looking for a creative Lead Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in transforming our visual identity as part of an exciting company rebrand. This is a hands-on lead role where you’ll combine high-volume design delivery with creative direction, guiding the wider design function and helping shape how our brand is seen across all marketing and sales touchpoints. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead and support the brand team, including the Graphic Designer and Video & Animation Executive. Your work will ensure our brand stands out, evolves consistently, and resonates in a competitive market, particularly within a space shaped by software and AI-driven products. You’re ready to step into a role where your creativity is recognised, your ideas are valued, and your work has visible impact across the business.

Job requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Proven experience rolling out or evolving a brand identity across multiple channels
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to other designers
  • Strong conceptual thinking with excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
  • Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency
  • A creative mindset with a fresh perspective and strong point of view
