Travel: International travel required

The role overview: This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational sales leader to play a key part in accelerating our growth journey — expanding our SAP services customer base across both Consultancy and Application Management Services (AMS). You'll help shape and lead a high-performing sales team—coaching, guiding, and inspiring them to deliver results through strategic planning and the execution of targeted sales initiatives focused on The Config Team’s services and solutions. You'll also play a key lead role in driving business development, increasing revenue growth across both new and existing clients, and ensuring we not only meet our sales targets but also build long-term, successful customer relationships.

Job requirements:

  • Have a proven track record of securing new business and driving significant growth within existing client accounts.
  • Demonstratable experience to own and deliver sales performance across UK SAP Services, aiming for consistent overachievement.
  • Ability to lead and manage the Sales Team, driving a performance culture through coaching and data-led development using Salesforce insights and conversion metrics.
  • Demonstratable experience in supporting, coaching, and developing high-performing B2B sales teams—ensuring they’re equipped to engage with clients confidently and deliver outstanding results.
  • Experienced in building a scalable, repeatable process for managing key accounts.
