About the Role

Job title: Strategic Services Sales Lead (SAP Professional Services)

Employment: Permanent, full time with flexible working

Location: Hybrid, UK based

Overview: This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational sales leader to play a key part in accelerating our growth journey, expanding our SAP services customer base across both SAP Consultancy and SAP Application Management Services (AMS). You\’ll help shape and lead a high-performing sales team; coaching, guiding, and inspiring them to deliver results through strategic planning and the execution of targeted sales initiatives focused on The Config Team’s services and solutions. You\’ll also play a key lead role in driving business development, increasing revenue growth across both new and existing clients, and ensuring we not only meet our sales targets but also build long-term, successful customer relationships.

Pay range and compensation package

Excellent basic salary and benefits, plus higher earning potential with generous sales bonuses. Responsibilities

  • Have a proven track record of securing new business and driving significant growth within existing client accounts.
  • Demonstratable experience to own and deliver sales performance aiming for consistent overachievement.
  • Ability to lead and manage the Sales Team, driving a performance culture through coaching and data-led development using Salesforce insights and conversion metrics.
  • Demonstratable experience in supporting, coaching, and developing high-performing B2B sales teams—ensuring they’re equipped to engage with clients confidently and deliver outstanding results.
  • Experienced in building a scalable, repeatable process for managing key accounts, with detailed account planning and relationship development.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities, whilst guiding the team on strategic outreach and sales planning.
