The Role Overview
Join us as a Key Account Manager to drive growth across our existing SaaS customer base. Youβll manage strategic relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term success with our SAP Certified supply chain solutions trusted by global enterprises.
Youβll focus on maximising customer value, driving account growth, and maintaining high satisfaction and retention levels. Supported by our customer success team, technical specialists, and mentoring from leadership, you\’ll have the autonomy and resources to grow our most valuable accounts.
Essential:
- Proven track record in SaaS account management, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles within software/technology companies
- Experience managing enterprise-level B2B customer relationships with annual contract values of Β£50K+
- Demonstrated ability to identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics including churn, expansion revenue, net revenue retention, and customer lifetime value
- Experience managing renewal processes and contract negotiations
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Highly Advantageous:
- Experience with Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, ERP, SAP, or similar enterprise software solutions
- Background in managing SaaS customers within Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain industries
- Track record of achieving account growth targets and customer retention KPIs
- Experience with account planning, customer success methodologies, and value realization frameworks
- Understanding of software implementation processes and customer onboarding journeys
