We are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Product Manager to join our Software team. This is a role for someone who is ready to step up: a recent graduate or early-career professional who has demonstrated the ability to lead, communicate with clarity, and bring creative thinking to real delivery challenges.

At The Config Team, we’re not a typical corporate consultancy, and we’re not a generic SAP/IT Consultancy. We are experts in SAP supply chain, and we do it exceptionally well. With 30+ years of experience and our own suite of products (like PreBilt™ for EWM), we help global brands create smarter, faster, more resilient supply chains. Each project we deliver is different from the next. We can offer an environment that brings a variety of projects at the forefront of modern supply chain solutions.

A candidate who enjoys building relationships and has the ability to take the initiative. Already have acquired a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or closely related technical or design discipline such as Psychology. A valid UK driving license.

Demonstrable experience of working in an Agile methodology environment using initiatives such as Scrum or Kanban for example. Experience of working with products, being part of a project, or conducting business analyst, whether this be from an internship, placement, or professional role. Ideally 1 or 2 years’ experience in Product Management. If you don’t have any current Product Management experience then evidence of applying learning beyond the classroom will need to be demonstrated. An understanding of initiatives such as Scrum or Kanban for example would be beneficial but not required.

If the above speaks to you on a professional and personal level then further your career by applying and visit our website to find out more. Our people are our greatest asset.
