The Confederation, Hillingdon CIC is recruiting for a Brent Training Hub Workforce Administrator to support the Head of Workforce, Education and Training and NWL Training Hub. You will coordinate programmes to attract, develop and retain staff in Brent GP practices and PCNs.
You will help expand place-based student placements, support staff transitions into general practice roles, and deliver supervision programmes and CPD training to aid retention.
