Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef who will work closely with the Executive Chef, Culinary, Food and Beverage to ensure the smooth running and success of all food related parts of the business. This is a key position for all aspects of the operation and will develop a close working relationship with all teams within The Conduit.
As our Sous Chef, you will have experience and skills in team leadership, building relationships with stakeholders, training and mentoring, health and safety, stock take, and extensive knowledge on food and a strong interest in organic and artisan foods.
