Role Summary

The Editorial Producerplaysa pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery and strategic development of our Impact Programme events.

This role carries elevated responsibilities, includingbookingspeakers for the Impact Programme series, working with our wider team on developing the agendas for our conferences and other strategic convenings.

In this role, you willbe responsible forplanning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality events that align with The Conduit’s mission.

Your key skills will include

  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills

  • Proven experience in speaker booking and conference planning
  • Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills
  • At least four years of work experience inthe programming andon-site delivery ofevents

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Coordination
  • Contribute to thestrategic development and execution of the Impact Programme series.
  • Take ownership of the full event lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
  • Source, secure, and coordinate speakers for Impactevents.
  • Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to align on programmeobjectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Manage key logistical aspects, including venue coordination, technical setup, and livestreaming.
  • Support on wider Conduitconvenings, from conference planning and deliverytobespokeevents/initiatives requiringeditorial input
  • Administrative & Technical Support
  • Provide administrative support for the seamless execution of the Impact Programme.
  • Maintain and update internal calendars and platforms such as Triple Seat, Monday. com, and spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate room bookings, AV support, and content needs.
  • Develop content for event listings across platforms such as the website, People Vine, and Hub Spot.
  • Manage the speaker and moderator database, ensuring information is current and well-organised.
  • Prepare and manage guest lists, check-in processes, and participant engagement.
  • Work withcolleagues to process speaker fees, keepingthe Impact Programme budget up to date.
  • Relationship Management & Reporting
  • Cultivate strong relationships with speakers, moderators, members, and partners.
  • Track and evaluate eventattendance andsuccess, ensuringaccuratereporting and analysis.
  • Gather and interpret feedback for continuous programme improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Activelychampionand promote The Conduit Inclusion and Diversity Strategy.
  • Support and contribute to the overall success of The Conduit.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members whenrequired.
  • Undertake additionaltasks as required by business needs.
