Join Birchwood at The Conduit as Barista and be part of an exciting chef‑led opening from Will Devlin in the heart of Covent Garden. This will be the second Birchwood restaurant, and third restaurant with Will at the helm. It is a beautifully considered restaurant offering all day dining, with breakfasts and grab and go during the day, moving into small plates and sharing platters in the evening.

This is an opportunity for passionate hospitality professionals to join a warm, quality‑led restaurant focused on exceptional guest experience, seasonal produce and thoughtful service. As a Barista, you will prepare high‑quality coffee and beverages, support the wider front of house team and help create a welcoming and engaging experience for every member and guest.

We are looking for candidates with Barista or hospitality experience within a busy café, restaurant or premium hospitality environment, although personality and attitude are just as important as experience. You should have a genuine passion for coffee, service and guest experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment. Most importantly, you will bring warmth, energy and a positive team‑focused approach to every shift.

In return, you’ll join a values‑driven team focused on thoughtful hospitality, exceptional produce and creating memorable guest experiences, with the opportunity to grow within an ambitious new restaurant. These roles are available on either a full‑time, 40 hour per week contract, or part‑time, 20 hour per week contract, across a 7 day operation. You must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK without the requirement for sponsorship.
