It is a beautifully considered restaurant offering all day dining, with breakfasts and grab and go during the day, moving into small plates and sharing platters in the evening.
This is an opportunity for passionate hospitality professionals to join a warm, quality‑led restaurant focused on exceptional guest experience, seasonal produce and thoughtful service.
As a Bartender, you will take ownership of the bar during service, delivering high‑quality cocktails, wines and beverages while helping shape a drinks offering rooted in seasonality, creativity and low‑waste principles.
We are looking for candidates with experience in busy bars, restaurants or premium hospitality environments, with strong cocktail and beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality. An interest in seasonal ingredients, low‑waste bartending and low‑intervention or natural wines would be a real advantage.
You should be confident engaging with guests, recommending drinks and creating a welcoming atmosphere, while remaining calm, organised and detail‑focused during busy services. Most importantly, you will bring warmth, energy and a collaborative approach to the team.
In return, you’ll join a values‑driven team focused on thoughtful hospitality, exceptional produce and creating memorable guest experiences, with the opportunity to grow within an ambitious new restaurant.
These roles are offered as salaried, 40 hour per week contracts, across a 7 day operation. You must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK without the requirement for sponsorship.
